330180-91-05 is a Bently Nevada 3300 XL series eddy current preamplifier, compatible with a 9-meter main cable system, DIN rail installation, and comes with a 5/8mm (8mm) eddy current probe and extension cable. 330180-91-05 provides driving power for the probe, converting the non-contact signals of shaft clearance, shaft vibration, and shaft displacement collected by the probe into standard voltage signals, and outputting them to monitoring modules such as 3500 and 2300; Realizing the measurement of shaft vibration, shaft displacement, differential expansion, and key phase speed of rotating machinery is the core component of signal conditioning in the rotating machinery state monitoring system, which meets the API-670 standard and is widely used for unit protection monitoring.

1. Suitable for a total length of 9 meters of cable, DIN rail installation, base with built-in electrical isolation, no need for additional insulation pads, compact and convenient installation in the cabinet by Bentley.
2. The standard sensitivity is 7.87mV/μ m, matched with a 3300XL 8mm probe set, used for static displacement and dynamic vibration measurement.
3. Strong resistance to radio frequency interference, able to withstand strong electromagnetic interference environments in power plants and chemical sites.
4. It can output buffer signals and can be connected to an external oscilloscope for on-site fault diagnosis and analysis.
5. Compatible with Bentley 3500, 2300, 1900 full series monitoring instruments, directly connected to DCS monitoring system.
6. Supports various measurement applications such as shaft vibration, shaft displacement, differential expansion, key phase, and rotational speed.
