350500-00-01-00-10-05 is a dynamic pressure charge amplifier (DPCA) produced by Bently Nevada. Belongs to the piezoelectric pressure signal conditioning unit specifically designed for gas turbines. 350500-00-01-00-10-05 receives the charge signal output from the piezoelectric dynamic pressure sensor, converts the high impedance weak charge signal into a standard low impedance voltage/4-20mA signal, and sends it to the TSI monitoring system and DCS for collection, which is used for monitoring combustion chamber pressure pulsation.
Main function:
- Collect the charge signal of the piezoelectric sensor in the combustion chamber of the gas turbine and complete the charge voltage signal conversion;
- Handle combustion dynamic pressure pulsation, detect combustion oscillation, backfire, and unstable combustion faults;
- Output standardized signals and upload them to the 3500TSI system or third-party control system for data analysis and alarm protection;
- Built in hardware filtering to suppress high-frequency interference on site and restore real dynamic pressure waveforms;
- Status LED indicator light, convenient for on-site troubleshooting;
