P3798102-00000 is the main logic module of the Cooper Turbocompressor centrifugal compressor control system MLM. P3798102-00000 is mainly responsible for the overall logic operation, anti surge control, temperature and pressure PID regulation, interlock protection, and unit start stop sequence control of the compressor; Collect signals from on-site sensors, vibration probes, pressure/temperature transmitters, and output drive valves, solenoid valves, and alarm relays; Communicate with the supporting UIM human-machine interface, upload the operating parameters and fault alarm information of the unit, and achieve fully automatic protection and control of the centrifugal compressor.

1. Developed specifically for Cooper centrifugal turbo compressors, with a built-in dedicated anti surge control algorithm, it is the core protection and control unit of centrifugal air compressors, preventing damage to the rotor caused by unit surge.
2. Integrate multiple analog and digital I/O channels, which can directly access on-site signals such as unit pressure, temperature, vibration, and valve position feedback, and output control for anti surge valves and loading valves.
3. Equipped with hardware real-time clock, it automatically records fault events and running timestamps, making it easy to trace compressor faults and analyze equipment maintenance.
4. Connect to the UIM human-machine panel through RS485/RS232 communication, upload real-time operating curves and alarm information, and support on-site parameter settings.
5. A comprehensive interlocking protection logic for the unit, which can quickly trigger the unit shutdown protection when dangerous working conditions such as overpressure, overtemperature, and high vibration occur, protecting high-speed rotor equipment.
6. Multiple onboard status indicator lights provide intuitive feedback on power supply, operation, faults, communication, and I/O channel status, facilitating quick troubleshooting on site.
7. Industrial grade hardware design, strong electromagnetic compatibility, able to adapt to harsh working conditions such as high temperature, large vibration, and dust in air compressor factories.
8. Modular panel installation, combined with the UIM display panel to form a complete Vantage compressor control system.
9. It has trend data storage function, continuously records key process parameters such as pressure and temperature, and supports historical data review.
