Eaton IQ DP-4000 Power Monitoring and Protection Device

IQ DP-4000 is an Eaton microprocessor based panel mounted power monitoring and protection device. The IQ DP-4000 integrates multifunctional measurement, energy metering, power quality analysis, and system protection alarm functions, which can replace multiple discrete instruments, protection relays, and recorders for monitoring the status of low-voltage three-phase distribution circuits.

Main function:

1. Collect three-phase voltage and current, complete active, reactive, apparent power, power factor, frequency, maximum demand, and energy measurement;
2. Detect the total harmonic distortion (THD) of voltage and current, and complete the assessment of power quality;
3. Implement fault monitoring for overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase sequence error, three-phase imbalance, etc., which can trigger relay alarm output;
4. The local LED panel displays real-time electrical parameters and fault alarm information;
5. Optional communication module, upload measurement, alarm, and energy data to the upper monitoring system through Modbus RTU;
6. After a fault occurs, non-volatile memory stores a fault snapshot for easy fault tracing and analysis, and is used for repairing and replacing old switchgear
