Emerson CSI 2130 is a portable dual channel mechanical health vibration analyzer from Emerson. Mainly used for predictive maintenance of rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes, compressors, etc., collecting vibration data, on-site fault diagnosis, single-sided/double-sided dynamic balancing, laser alignment, data can be uploaded to the AMS Machinery Manager platform for long-term trend analysis, widely used in the petrochemical, power plant, papermaking, and mining industries.

Product function

1. Inspection path data collection: Collect vibration spectra and waveforms in batches according to the preset measurement point route, establish equipment vibration trend library, and detect deterioration early
2. Mechanical fault diagnosis: relying on PeakVue patented technology to identify early impact damage to bearings and gears, distinguish typical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, resonance, etc.
3. On site dynamic balance correction: single-sided/double-sided dynamic balance of fan and pump rotors to reduce vibration amplitude and minimize bearing wear.
4. Transient and Start Stop Analysis: Capture the vibration waterfall diagram during unit startup, shutdown, and process changes to identify critical speed and resonance issues.
5. Advanced analysis of cross channel: dual channel synchronous acquisition, realizing axis trajectory, hammer mode testing, and ODS structural deformation analysis.
6. Data management and reporting: Generate simple reports on site, upload them to AMS software via USB/infrared, archive, alert, and provide maintenance recommendations uniformly.
