PR6423/011-110+CON021 is a complete eddy current displacement sensor system under Emerson’s EPRO brand, which includes the PR6423/011-110 probe, armored extension cable, and CON021 preamplifier. PR6423/011-110+CON021 adopts non-contact eddy current principle to collect real-time signals of radial vibration, shaft displacement, eccentricity, and key phase speed of rotating machinery shafts; The preamplifier converts the gap variation sensed by the probe into a continuous DC voltage signal, which is sent to the TSI unit status monitoring system. When the vibration of the unit exceeds the standard, the system triggers an alarm or interlocks to shut down, protecting large high-speed rotating equipment such as turbines and compressors. PR6423/011-110+CON021 is the core measurement component of TSI protection system for power plants and petrochemical units.
