FANUC A06B-6141-H045 (α iSP45) belongs to the FANUC Alpha i series spindle amplifier module and is the spindle drive unit of FANUC CNC system. A06B-6141-H045 is provided with DC bus input by the matching PSM power module, which receives spindle speed, positioning, and rigid tapping commands issued by CNC and drives FANUC α i series spindle motors; Realize functions such as spindle stepless speed regulation, spindle directional stop, C-axis contour control, and rigid tapping to meet the requirements of milling, turning, and threading processes. Compatible with FANUC 0i, 30i, 16i-B and other CNC systems.

- Supports multiple spindle control modes, including spindle speed adjustment, directional parking, C-axis position control, and rigid tapping, to meet the requirements of turning milling composite and mold processing technology.
- High speed encoder feedback interface, realizing high-precision position closed-loop of the spindle, ensuring the positioning accuracy of rigid tapping and multi-faceted machining.
- Built in complete fault protection mechanism, real-time detection of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, and motor stalling, cutting off output in case of fault, protecting the spindle motor and machine tool mechanical structure.
- The 7-segment digital tube alarm code display allows maintenance personnel to directly read the fault number and quickly locate spindle drive related faults.
- Comes with an independent cooling fan that can be replaced separately, reducing the downtime and maintenance time of the machine tool.
- Shared high-speed backplane bus with α iPS power module and α iSV servo amplifier, stable signal interaction with FANUC CNC controller, and high system compatibility.
