95DSS3-1CEX is a Fireye InSight II series integrated dual sensor flame scanner (flame detector), which integrates UV UV+IR infrared dual detection units and belongs to the flame detection instrument supporting the burner management system BMS. 95DSS3-1CEX is used to capture the flicker modulation signal of flames in real time, and distinguish between real flames and furnace background radiation, reflection, and residual ash interference through a built-in microprocessor; The 95DSS3-1CEX has a built-in flame relay and 4-20mA analog output, without the need for additional amplifiers. It outputs “on/off” switch signals and flame intensity analog signals to BMS and DCS; Once the engine is turned off, the fuel cut-off interlock is quickly triggered to prevent the accumulation and explosion of gas and fuel, ensuring the safety of the boiler and combustion device. CEX represents the explosion-proof version, which meets the installation requirements for hazardous areas.

1. UV+infrared dual sensor composite detection, strong anti-interference ability, effectively filters furnace heat radiation and refractory material reflection, suitable for multi fuel and multi burner working conditions.
2. Integrated design, detection, amplification, judgment, and relay output are all inside the probe, eliminating the need for independent amplifiers and simplifying BMS cabinet wiring.
3. Equipped with a built-in LCD panel and buttons, it can set frequency, gain, and flame threshold locally, support 4 sets of formula storage, and switch between different fuel conditions.
4. Dual independent flame relay+fault relay, with two 4-20mA flame intensity signal outputs, facilitating system redundancy judgment and trend monitoring.
5. Explosion proof enclosure, Ex d IIC T6 explosion-proof certification, can be directly installed in hazardous combustion areas with combustible gases
6.  Support blowing the cooling air interface, continuously blowing the lens, blocking dust, oil, and smoke adhesion, and extending the service life of the probe
7.  Built in comprehensive self diagnosis: Sensor faults, circuit faults, and power supply abnormalities can all trigger alarm outputs to avoid safety blind spots caused by probe failure.
