Fireye 95UVS2-1 is an integrated ultraviolet flame scanner from the Fireye InSight series in the United States, which is the core flame detection component of the burner safety management system (BMS). The 95UVS2-1 has a built-in ultraviolet photoelectric sensor that detects the 295-320nm ultraviolet radiation emitted by gas flames; The microprocessor distinguishes between real flames and background interference based on the frequency characteristics of flame flicker, and outputs a “fire/no fire” switch signal to the combustion safety controller through an internal flame relay. The S2 expansion model supports automatic tuning, automatic recognition of 21 flicker frequencies, storage of 4 sets of parameter files, and remote communication. It can independently complete flame detection and judgment without the need for an external flame amplifier. When the engine stalls or fails to ignite, the device quickly cuts off the fuel valve to prevent furnace explosion.

• Integrated design with built-in UV sensors, microprocessors, flame relays, and fault relays, eliminating the need for external flame amplifiers and simplifying system wiring.
• S2 extended automatic tuning function, automatically scans the optimal flashing frequency band after power on, automatically matches different fuel flame characteristics, and reduces on-site debugging time.
• 21 flame flicker frequencies can be selected (23~179Hz), which can distinguish real flames from interference sources such as sunlight, lights, and reflected light through flame flicker frequency filtering, with strong anti misjudgment ability.
• Built in electronic self-test circuit, no need for mechanical shutter, real-time monitoring of sensor and electronic circuit status, automatically cutting off flame output and lighting up fault alarm in case of malfunction.
• 8-digit alphanumeric LED display screen+4-point keyboard, allowing for on-site viewing of signal strength, flame quality, frequency band, temperature, and fault codes. Parameter tuning can be completed without the need for a computer.
• 4-20mA analog output flame intensity signal, which can be connected to DCS/SCADA for remote monitoring of flame combustion status.
•  Four sets of programmable parameter files are stored, which can quickly switch parameters between different fuels and different burner ratios without the need for recalibration.
• The cast aluminum casing is IP66/NEMA 4X protected and can withstand boiler room dust and humid environments. It can be directly installed next to the burner peephole.
• Equipped with a blowing air interface, it can be connected to a cooling air protection lens to adapt to the high-temperature furnace radiation environment.
• Wide temperature working range -40 ℃~+65 ℃, suitable for cold outdoor boiler rooms and high-temperature industrial furnace sites.
