IS220PTCCH1A is a PTCC type thermocouple input I/O module for GE Vernova Speedtronic Mark VIe gas turbine/steam turbine control system, belonging to the Mark VIe distributed I/O Pack series temperature acquisition unit. IS220PTCCH1A consists of a general-purpose BPPx processor board and a dedicated thermocouple acquisition board. It communicates with the Mark VIe controller through dual RJ45 Ethernet (IONet redundant bus) and is connected to the TBTCH1B/TBTCH1C field terminal board through a DC-37 connector. IS220PTCCH1A supports 12 channels of thermocouple mV signal acquisition, with built-in cold junction temperature compensation. The weak millivolt signal of the thermocouple is digitized and uploaded to the controller for monitoring key combustion process measurement points such as gas turbine exhaust temperature dispersion, flame tube wall temperature, and burner outlet temperature, and participating in unit combustion monitoring and temperature protection. PTCCH1A is a combustion optimized thermocouple input that supports E/J/K/S/T type thermocouples and mV signal input. It is the core temperature acquisition component of the Mark VIe combustion control system.
