GE IS230PCAAH1B is the PCAA Core Analog Module of the Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine/gas turbine control system, which belongs to the front-end signal acquisition and output unit of the turbine and needs to be used together with the TCAT/TCAS terminal board. IS230PCAAH1B is responsible for collecting various analog sensor signals on site and completing A/D conversion; Receive controller instructions to output analog signals and servo drive signals, achieving closed-loop control of valve position. Real time data exchange through IONet high-speed redundant bus and Mark VIe controller, responsible for collecting process signals such as pressure, temperature, vibration, and valve position, outputting instructions to control hydraulic actuators, supporting single, dual, and TMR triple redundant architectures, and is a key I/O board for gas turbine and steam turbine control systems.
