GE IS230PCAAH1BB is the PCAA core analog I/O module of the GE Vernova Speedtronic Mark VIe gas turbine/steam turbine control system, belonging to the front-end signal acquisition and servo output unit of the steam turbine. IS230PCAAH1BB is used with TCAT/TCAS terminal board to collect various analog sensor signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, LVDT displacement, vibration, thermocouple, etc.) on site, complete A/D conversion and upload to Mark VIe controller; Simultaneously receiving controller instructions and outputting servo drive signals, directly driving the hydraulic actuator to achieve closed-loop control of valve position. Real time data exchange between IONet high-speed redundant bus and controller, responsible for process signal acquisition such as pressure, temperature, valve position, and servo valve driving, supporting single, dual, and TMR triple redundant architectures.
