IS200WEORG1A is an integrated Ethernet communication module of GE Vernova Speedtronic Mark VIe wind power control system, belonging to the distributed I/O node board of wind turbine nacelle.
IS200WEORG1A serves as a data aggregation unit for cabin side sensors and actuators, integrating analog and digital signal acquisition and output with RNET/EGD Ethernet communication functions; Collect position, pressure, temperature, and limit signals of the pitch and yaw systems, issue pitch drive control commands, and exchange data with the Mark VIe master control through deterministic Ethernet RNET bus; IS200WEORG1A has built-in channel diagnosis and network status monitoring, ensuring closed-loop control of wind turbine pitch and reliable transmission of safety chain signals. It is the core communication I/O spare part of GE’s onshore/offshore wind turbine Mark VIe control system.

1. Integrated I/O acquisition and output+RNET deterministic Ethernet, balancing local signal processing and high-speed real-time communication, suitable for low latency requirements of wind turbine pitch closed-loop control.
2. The on-site circuit is isolated from the logic side at 1500VDC to resist strong electromagnetic interference caused by the cabin frequency converter and motor.
3. Supports EGD global data protocol, can achieve high-speed peer-to-peer data exchange with Mark VIe controller, and supports redundant network architecture.
4. The circuit board comes with a three proof coating, which is resistant to salt spray, moisture, and dust, and is suitable for harsh environments such as offshore wind fields and high-altitude onshore wind fields.
5. Onboard multiple sets of status indicator lights, displaying network links, module operation, and channel faults intuitively, facilitating quick on-site troubleshooting.
6. Compatible with Mark VIe I/O cards of the same series such as AEPSG and WETCH, and can be integrated into the same I/O pack.
7. Wide temperature working range, suitable for large temperature differences between day and night, low temperature and high cold working conditions in the fan compartment.
8. Supports both DIN rail and rack installation methods, and the layout of the cabin control cabinet is flexible.
