IS200AEPAH1BRJ is the excitation power distribution board for GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system. Mainly providing power distribution, surge protection, and relay output drive for I/O and relay circuits inside the Mark VI rack; IS200AEPAH1BRJ integrates multiple relays and pressure-sensitive protection components, responsible for the distribution and switch output of unit trip circuits, synchronous detection, and shaft voltage/current monitoring signals. It receives main control instructions to complete relay contact actions, achieve unit protection tripping, and output auxiliary switch signals; IS200AEPAH1BRJ also has power surge suppression to protect the entire turbine control circuit from voltage surges. It is an important power distribution and signal interface board in the Mark VI control cabinet of gas turbines and steam turbines.

1. High density integrated design, equipped with 12 relays and 19 sets of connectors, realizing multi-channel power distribution and switch signal output, saving cabinet space.
2. Equipped with 6 built-in MOV varistors to suppress power grid surge pulses and protect the backend control board from transient high voltage damage.
3. Support TMR triple redundancy architecture, adapt to the two out of three protection logic of turbine units, and ensure uninterrupted unit protection function in case of single point failure.
4. The PCB board is equipped with a three proof coating layer, which is moisture-proof, dustproof, and salt spray resistant, and is suitable for high temperature and humid environments in power plant turbine buildings.
5. Rack slot installation, with Mark VI backplane bus and system control interaction, making installation and replacement convenient.
6. On board circuit fault diagnosis, can detect power supply abnormalities and relay faults, and upload fault information to the control system for alarm.
7. It can be used for unit trip circuits, synchronous signals, and auxiliary circuits for shaft monitoring, while also serving the functions of power distribution and interlocking output.
