05701-A-0301 is a single channel control card for Honeywell System 57 gas detection system, compatible with 4-20mA input gas detectors, and belongs to the core board of fire and gas (F&G) safety monitoring system. 05701-A-0301 is used in hazardous areas such as petroleum, chemical, refining, and platforms to monitor the concentration of flammable gases, toxic gases, and oxygen, complete signal processing, concentration display, multi-level alarm, and fault diagnosis. It can be installed in a standard 3U rack to provide independent channel management for on-site gas detection circuits.

Product function

1. Gas detector signal acquisition and processing: Receive 4-20mA gas transmitter signals, convert them into concentration values, and continuously monitor.
2. Multi level alarm logic judgment: By comparing the set threshold, achieve first level, second level, and third level gas alarms, and support STEL and LTEL short-term/long-term exposure limit alarms.
3. Local status display and operation: The front panel LCD displays concentration in real-time, and the LED indicates alarm, fault, and prohibition status; The buttons are used for alarm reset and card selection.
4. System communication and linkage: Interacting with other card components in the rack to exchange alarm information, expandable relay output or analog output modules, linking sound and light alarms, shut-off valves, and exhaust equipment.
5. Sensor and board self diagnosis: Continuously detect circuit disconnections, sensor faults, and hardware abnormalities, report faults in a timely manner, and avoid false monitoring.
6. Software configuration storage: Parameter configurations are saved in EEPROM, eliminating the need to reset them every time power is turned on, making it convenient for project debugging and spare parts replacement.
