APEX6154 is an integrated single axis servo drive controller of Parker APEX615 series, which integrates motion controller and high-power servo power amplifier. APEX6154 is based on DSP digital control chip and can independently execute motion programs to achieve complex motion control such as point motion, electronic gear, flying shear synchronization, and follow-up tracking; Simultaneously driving brushless servo motors, supporting three control modes: torque, speed, and position. APEX6154 supports two types of feedback acquisition: rotary transformer or Hall element, and real-time closed-loop adjustment of motor position and speed, meeting the requirements of high-speed and high-precision synchronous machining.

Product features

1. Integrated design of drive and motion control, without the need for an additional independent motion controller, a single device can complete servo drive and complex motion programming.
2. DSP high-speed position loop operation, with a position loop refresh cycle of only 205 microseconds and fast dynamic response, suitable for high-speed synchronization and cutting processes.
3. Supports two types of feedback: rotary transformer and Hall sensor, and can be adapted to multiple brushless servo motors. It has strong resistance to dust and vibration under harsh working conditions.
4. Built in Parker 6000 complete set of motion commands, supporting point positioning, electronic gear, flying shear, fixed length cutting, and master-slave following functions.
5. Three control modes are available: position, speed, and torque, which can operate independently or receive ± 10V simulation commands from the upper computer.
6.  High power output capability, continuous 20A, peak 40A phase current, capable of driving high torque servo motors and supporting high inertia loads.
7. External regenerative braking circuit support, which can be connected with high-power braking resistors to meet the energy consumption release of frequent start stop and vertical loads.
8.  Multi channel optocoupler isolated digital I/O, used for limit, origin, enable, alarm output, convenient for interlocking with PLC.
9. DIP dialing allows for quick configuration of motor pole pairs, current limits, and motor thermal time constants, making debugging simple.
10.  Complete fault detection function, real-time detection and locking of fault codes for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and feedback faults, facilitating fault troubleshooting.
