MVI69E-MBTCP is a Modbus TCP/IP communication coprocessor module developed by ProSoft for the Rockwell CompactLogix (1769) PLC rack. MVI69E-MBTCP is mainly used as a protocol gateway between CompactLogix controllers and Modbus TCP network devices. The module independently processes Modbus TCP communication tasks and does not occupy the PLC main scanning cycle; MVI69E-MBTCP can serve as both a Modbus client (master) and server (slave), collecting data from third-party Modbus TCP devices such as instruments, frequency converters, and DCS and uploading it to CompactLogix. At the same time, it forwards control instructions issued by PLC to on-site devices. MVI69E-MBTCP can achieve data exchange between different brands of automation equipment.

1. Independent coprocessor architecture, communication tasks are autonomously calculated by modules, greatly reducing the load on the CompactLogix CPU without affecting the PLC scanning cycle.
2. Supports Modbus TCP client/server dual-mode, capable of simultaneously reading and writing multiple Modbus TCP field devices.
3. Equipped with AOP attachment configuration files and AOI attachment instructions, it can be directly configured in Studio5000 software, with built-in UDT data type and easy debugging.
4. Supports multiple floating-point formats such as Enron and Daniel, and is compatible with non-standard Modbus devices such as flow meters and weighing instruments.
5. The module diagnostic information can be directly mapped to PLC tags, making it convenient for the upper system to monitor the communication link status and locate faults.
6. The configuration parameters are saved in the ACD engineering file of the PLC, and can be quickly restored by downloading them directly for project backup and module replacement.
7. The panel comes with a status LED indicator light, which intuitively displays the module operation, backplane communication, and network link fault status.
8. Standard 1769 single slot structure, directly inserted into the CompactLogix rack without the need for additional external power supply.
