AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is an EtherNet/IP to DH+/Remote I/O protocol gateway module developed by ProSoft Technology. As a bridge between the old and new Rockwell control systems,  AN-X2-AB-DHRIO achieves protocol conversion between EtherNet/IP modern industrial Ethernet and old DH+and RIO remote I/O networks, allowing new ControlLogix and CompactLogix controllers to directly connect to old Allen Bradley PLC-5, SLC500, and old remote I/O racks, and complete system upgrades and renovations without significant changes to existing field wiring and PLC programs. It supports scanning HMI、 Multiple working modes such as drivers and adapters.

1. Multi mode operation, including SCAN, HMI, DRV, DHP, ADAPT five working modes, adapted to different system migration schemes.
2. Built in web server that can be accessed directly through a browser to complete parameter configuration, online diagnostics, and firmware upgrades.
3. Equipped with a hardware watchdog, once the module firmware is abnormal, it will automatically enter a safe fault state to ensure the safety of the old system.
4. Automatically identify DH+/RIO baud rates, automatically map digital IO, reduce manual configuration workload, and minimize debugging errors.
5. Support phased system upgrades, with minimal modification of existing on-site I/O wiring and old PLC programs, reducing the risk of downtime during renovations.
6. Low power design, low heat generation, suitable for long-term continuous operation inside the control cabinet.
7. Support AB old devices such as old-fashioned PanelView human-machine interface, PowerFlex drivers, 1794 series FLEX I/O to connect to modern EtherNet/IP networks.
8. DIN rail installation, compact size, can be directly installed in the original control cabinet, flexible installation.
