Saacke FSC-IO 4DI/1AI is an IO acquisition expansion module that is compatible with the SEAVIS combustion safety control system and is used in conjunction with the FSC-01 main controller. The module includes 4 digital input channels (DI) and 1 analog input channel (AI). The 4 DI channels collect passive dry contact signals from the burner site, such as valve feedback, limit switches, and operation/fault status contacts; One AI channel collects 4-20mA analog signals, receives transmitter signals such as boiler pressure, temperature, and load feedback, and uploads the collected data to the FSC controller through an internal bus. FSC-IO 4DI/1AI is used for combustion timing logic judgment, load regulation calculation, and safety interlock monitoring. It is a signal acquisition spare part for industrial boiler combustion management systems.

1. 4-channel passive contact digital input, collecting valve position feedback, burner start stop status, fault alarm contact signals, and adapting to various switch sensors on the boiler site.
