Product features
  1.  High density combination I/O design, with a single module integrating 4 MPU speed inputs, 8 analog inputs, 4 analog outputs, and 2 proportional actuator outputs. One module can cover the speed acquisition, analog signal processing, and valve drive required for turbine control, greatly reducing the occupation of I/O slots in the chassis and suitable for compact TMR control systems.
  2. 4-channel MPU magnetic electric speed sensor input, supporting two types of speed sensors: magnetic electric (MPU) and proximity probe. It can simultaneously collect signals such as turbine speed, zero speed, and steering detection, with a high-speed update cycle of about 5ms, meeting the real-time requirements of speed closed-loop control.
  3. 8-channel analog input software can be configured with 0-5VDC or 4-20mA signal types, suitable for various transmitters and sensors in power plants; 4-channel 4-20mA analog output with a maximum load of 600 Ω, capable of driving valve position indicators, recorders, secondary instruments, etc; Two proportional actuator outputs directly drive actuators such as electro-hydraulic converters, servo valves, proportional electromagnets, etc.
  4. TMR the third mock examination redundancy architecture, three module independent operation, hardware voting, when any module failure, the other two automatically take over, to ensure that the turbine control output is not interrupted; Optoelectronic isolation between channels, 500VDC to ground and 1000VDC to control common terminal isolation voltage, to suppress on-site electromagnetic interference.
