Woodward 9907-175 Generator Load Sharing Module

9907-175 is a Woodward generator load sharing module, which is a classic spare part for grid connected control of diesel/gas generator sets. 9907-175 is used for parallel grid connection systems of multiple units, with the core function of achieving active load sharing among multiple generators. It can synchronize load distribution between engines equipped with Caterpillar digital speed controllers and units equipped with Woodward speed regulation systems. 9907-175 collects voltage and frequency signals from each unit, calculates load deviation between computer units, outputs PWM pulse width modulation signals to the engine digital speed controller, automatically adjusts the throttle of each unit, ensures load balance between parallel units, avoids overload or light load operation of a single unit, stabilizes grid frequency, and is a key supporting control unit for multi unit parallel power generation systems.
