Bently Nevada 990-05-70-01-05 is a Bently Nevada 990 series single channel axial vibration transmitter that integrates preamplifier functionality and is used with a 3300 NSv eddy current probe.
Core function: Collect radial vibration signals of the rotor, convert the gap vibration signals detected by the eddy current probe into standard 4-20mA analog signals, and send them to control systems such as DCS and PLC for real-time monitoring of the peak to peak values of radial vibration of rotating equipment rotors; When the vibration exceeds the standard, an alarm or interlock shutdown is triggered to avoid major equipment failures such as rotor rubbing and bearing damage. Equipped with a BNC dynamic output interface, it can output raw gap voltage for unit fault diagnosis and waveform analysis, and belongs to a simple TSI unit status monitoring and transmission unit.

1. Two wire circuit power supply, relying only on 4-20mA circuit power supply, no additional independent power supply required, simple wiring, reducing on-site wiring costs.
2. Integrated preamplifier, no need to separately configure an external preamplifier, directly paired with 3300 NSv probe to form a complete radial vibration measurement circuit.
3. Independent zero and range potentiometer adjustment, zero and range adjustment do not interfere with each other, making it convenient for on-site calibration.
4. Fault suppression Not OK circuit. When the probe is disconnected, short circuited, or the connector is loose, abnormal high output is suppressed to prevent false alarms from the control system.
5. Power on suppression function, which shields the instantaneous disturbance signal when the device is powered on, avoiding protection misoperation triggered by startup shock.
6. BNC dynamic signal output port, which can be connected to an external oscilloscope to collect raw vibration waveforms, facilitating fault diagnosis and spectrum analysis.
7. Fully sealed protective shell, capable of withstanding 100% condensation humidity, moisture-proof and dustproof, suitable for installation in control cabinets or near machines.
8. Built in testing port, which can be connected to an external signal generator to quickly verify the transmitter output, facilitating debugging and regular testing.
9. Long distance signal transmission, with a maximum transmission distance of 13km from the transmitter to the control system, suitable for long-distance monitoring in large factory areas
