CC-GAIX11 is an 8-channel analog input module of Honeywell’s Expert C200 system, which belongs to the process control system DCS IO card. The CC-GAIX11 module collects 4-20mA analog signals output by field transmitters, converts continuous industrial process analog signals into digital signals, and transmits them to the C200 controller. It can connect various on-site sensor signals such as pressure, temperature, liquid level, and flow rate, complete process variable acquisition, signal filtering, and range conversion, and provide measurement data for process control, parameter monitoring, and alarm logic. It is widely used in DCS control systems for chemical, power, and other process industries.
