SO CM-2.0006.110D. 1 is a single axis servo power module for the LTI Motion (formerly Lust Luster) ServoOne CM modular multi axis servo system, which needs to be used in conjunction with the SO CM series common DC bus power module. SO CM-2.0006.110D. 1 is powered by a common power supply unit and is responsible for closed-loop driving of single axis servo motors, receiving backplane bus motion commands, and executing position, speed, and torque control; Supports complex motion processes such as electronic cam, master-slave synchronization, and flying shear, driving synchronous servo motors and linear motors to provide single axis precision motion control for multi axis equipment.

1. Modular multi axis architecture, assembled side by side with CM series power units, relying on high-speed communication through the internal backplane bus of the rack, saving control cabinet space.
2. Supports three control modes: position, speed, and torque, with a built-in motion control core that supports processes such as electronic cam, master-slave synchronization, flying shear, and electronic gear.
3. The encoder interface is rich, supporting rotary transformers, incremental encoders, SSI absolute encoders, and compatible with synchronous servo motors and linear motors.
4.  Integrate STO safety torque shutdown function to meet mechanical safety regulations and ensure the safety of equipment maintenance conditions.
5. Built in complete hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit, encoder failure, motor PTC overheating protection.

7.  Panel LED status indicator light, real-time display of module ready, running, and fault status.
8.  Equipped with LTI debugging software, it can configure parameters online, collect waveforms, and read fault records.
9. By sharing a common DC bus, the regenerative energy between axles can be recycled within the bus, reducing energy consumption.
