SC755A-001-01 is a high-performance single axis digital servo controller from Pacific Scientific SC750 series, belonging to the old model of analog rotary transformer feedback servo drive integrated machine. The SC755A-001-01 equipment integrates motion control calculation, power drive, IO terminals, and program storage units. It adopts a DIN European frame standard sheet metal chassis and is matched with a brushless servo motor. It relies on a 12 bit rotary transformer RDC for position feedback and is equipped with ServoBASIC Plus motion programming language. It can independently run closed-loop control programs for point, speed, and torque, and is widely used in high-precision equipment such as machine tools, textile equipment, automated indexing tables, roll correction, and handling manipulators.

Core function

1. Three axis closed-loop motion control calculation
   Independently complete the position, speed, and torque three loop digital closed-loop adjustment, receive upper PLC pulse/communication instructions, output precise driving current control brushless servo motor, achieve precise positioning, uniform speed operation, and constant torque output.
2. Independent offline motion program execution
   Equipped with 24K user program storage space and ServoBASIC Plus programming, it can independently complete automation processes such as indexing, round-trip, synchronization, and intermittent actions without the need for an upper level controller, simplifying the overall control system architecture.
3. High precision position acquisition of rotary transformer
   Built in 12 bit RDC decoding module, reads motor rotation feedback, with a resolution of 1024PPR and an angle accuracy of ± 22 arcminutes. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as dust, oil pollution, and strong vibration, and has stronger anti-interference ability compared to encoders.
4. Multi channel universal IO signal interaction
   Equipped with 27 bidirectional programmable digital input and output channels, integrated with 8 sets of hardware limit switch channels, docking with external switch signals such as device origin, upper and lower limits, clamping, alarm, start stop, etc., to achieve device safety logic linkage.
5. Communication docking with the upper system
   Reserved dedicated debugging communication interface, which can connect to upper level debugging software to complete program download, parameter tuning, motion curve monitoring, fault diagnosis and traceability, and support linkage and collaborative control with PLC and industrial control computer.
