HMV01.1R-W0065-A-07-NNN is a 65kW renewable servo power module from Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive M series, belonging to the multi axis servo drive common DC bus power supply unit. The module rectifies and converts three-phase AC power into a stable 700V DC bus voltage, providing centralized power supply for HMD/HMS servo inverters of the same series; HMV01.1R-W0065-A-07-NNN has the function of grid energy regeneration feedback, and the regenerated electrical energy generated by motor deceleration and braking can be directly sent back to the grid, significantly reducing energy consumption. Built in main circuit monitoring, brake chopper, fault diagnosis, and status output functions provide continuous and stable power supply for high-power multi axis motion control systems, ensuring reliable operation of multi axis equipment under synchronous and fast start stop conditions.

1. Renewable feedback power supply unit, where the regenerative energy from motor deceleration is directly fed back to the grid, significantly reducing energy consumption and suitable for multi axis equipment with frequent start stop.
2. Public DC bus architecture, where one power module can drive multiple servo inverters, reducing the number of components in the entire machine and lowering cabinet costs.
3. Equipped with a built-in brake chopper and an external brake resistor, it can meet emergency shutdown or short-term high energy consumption conditions.
4. Integrated and comprehensive hardware protection: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, ground fault protection, automatic output blocking in fault state, protecting the backend servo axis.
5. Built in status relay contacts can output status signals such as ready, fault, and overheating to the upper PLC for system alarm.
6. Equipped with a fan for forced air cooling, it has strong heat dissipation capability and can operate continuously at full load for a long time.
7. The modular cabinet is vertically installed and can be combined side by side with HMD servo inverters of the same series. The DC bus is quickly connected with copper bars, and the wiring is simple.
