IC695RMX128 is a redundant memory swapping module from the PACSystems RX3i series produced by GE/Fanuc. Equipped with 128MB high-speed reflective memory and LC fiber optic interface, it has two core working modes:
- Dedicated synchronization link for redundant CPU hot standby system
- Multi controller reflective memory high-speed shared network node
IC695RMX128 is widely used in high reliability automation scenarios that require zero system downtime and real-time data synchronization, such as power, rail transit, large-scale process chemicals, and high-end production lines. Module single slot standard RX3i rack size, passive heat dissipation, supports hot swapping, can be directly inserted into any slot of the RX3i universal rack for use.

- Redundant CPU high-speed data mirror synchronization
Paired redundant primary/backup RX3i CPUs are used to mirror registers, process variables, and program execution data in real-time. All data from the primary CPU is synchronized to the backup side, and there is no data loss or logical interruption during fault switching, achieving millisecond level undisturbed switching. - Multi PLC reflection memory network data sharing
Multiple RX3i controllers are networked through fiber optics to build a deterministic reflective memory network. Data updates from any node will be synchronously broadcasted to 256 nodes across the network, without the need for CPU usage for forwarding, making it suitable for multi unit collaboration and distributed linkage control. - Independent high-speed fiber optic transmission channel
2.12Gbaud fiber optic bus isolates industrial electromagnetic interference, with lower latency and higher real-time performance compared to Ethernet and serial ports, avoiding communication jitter problems caused by frequency converters and high-power devices. - Network fault self-test and interrupt signal output
Built in network error detection mechanism, providing 4 channels of 32-bit universal network interrupt signals, which can quickly report synchronization abnormalities, link disconnections, and memory failures, and cooperate with the upper program to complete fault diagnosis and alarm. - Compatible with reflective memory devices of the same series
It can communicate with IC695CMX128 and VMIC 5565 series reflective memory cards to achieve high-speed data exchange between RX3i PLC and industrial control computers, as well as other control systems across devices.
