Eaton XV-303-15-C02-A00-1B is a XV300 series industrial human-machine interface (HMI). The whole machine integrates a touch screen and a small PLC control core. XV-303-15-C02-A00-1B is a 15.6-inch widescreen capacitive multi touch device designed for embedded installation in control cabinets for industrial scenarios such as wind power, power plants, machine tools, assembly lines, HVAC, and ships. It can independently complete image monitoring, logic control, and multi device bus communication integration requirements.

Core function

1. Visual monitoring of equipment operation
   The large screen displays real-time on-site collected data such as temperature, pressure, speed, current, valve status, and fault alarms. It supports trend curves, historical alarm records, and production parameter storage and retrieval, allowing operators to intuitively view the operating conditions of the unit/production line.
2. Built in PLC logic control operation
   Equipped with an independent PLC core, it can write sequence control, interlocking, and protection logic without the need for an external controller, achieving automatic control of equipment start stop, timing actions, threshold protection, counting timing, and reducing the number of hardware in the cabinet.
3. Multi protocol bus interconnection and intercommunication
   Equipped with dual Ethernet ports, RS232, RS485, CAN bus, compatible with mainstream industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, CANopen, EtherCAT, Profibus DP, etc., it can simultaneously interface with frequency converters, servos PLC、 Various types of equipment such as instruments and gas turbine controllers.
4. Data storage and fault tracing
   Equipped with an SD card expansion slot, it stores production reports, fault logs, and program backups for easy device debugging, after-sales fault tracing, and fast program copying and migration.
